Playing in the water.....

Today we took a trip to the Irvine Spectrum for a little fun... After riding the carousel and eating a yummy lunch , Conner got to play in the fountain. This is one of his favorite things to do (mommy's too since it wears him out)

Silly mommy forgot to pack his swim trunks so as you can see Conner's clothes are soaked.

Conner got so soaked that mommy had to run into the store and buy Conner some new swim trunks.

I thought I would share a few pictures of Claire and her hot legs... She is such a BIG girl.

I am sure she'll hate me when she's older for sharing.....

Claire is now 4 1/2 months old and growing so fast. She is so advanced for her age and so so so strong. She's talking up a storm and is always laughing and smiling.

She is such a happy baby.

Last night was the first night that she slept for 9 hours straight... maybe this is a sign of good times (nights) to come... I can't complain, she's done the 6 hour stretch since she was born.

Her car seat is getting to heavy for mommy and daddy to carry so we will be shopping for her BIG girl car seat shortly.

Claire is sleeping in her crib - finally! Her room is done, I am just putting the finishing touches on it. I can't wait till it's all decorated. I will update the blog with those pictures as soon as it's done.

It's my birthday!!!!

Today Claire is 4 months old...

We had her 4 month check up today with Dr. K and boy has she ever grown.

15 pounds 10 ounces

26 inches long

She's gained 1 pound in 3 weeks and has grown a little over an inch and a half.....

WOW!

I can't get enough of my hands....

We just got home from three days out at our river house. Mike, the kids and I were able to have some time away from The "OC", much needed by the way. As Conner's love for the quad, river, boat, pool, etc. continues Claire's love for her hands is never ending. If Claire doesn't have one hand or two in her mouth at all times she just isn't happy. I guess this is a good sign that she'll be flashing her pearly whites very soon.

Fun times.......

Conner has mastered the art of riding pretty much anything… He loves his scooter and of course his daddy’s tricycle. The tricycle that Conner is riding was Mike’s and is about 37 years old (not to give away daddy’s age). Papa Nick gave Conner the tricycle at Christmas. Conner just loves scooting around our backyard on it.
